* All of our shipments are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available. Our warehouse usually takes 2 business days to process shipments. Orders typically arrive within 10 days from the date your payment is received (not including weekends or holidays). We apologize, but we can not ship to PO Boxes, APO, OPO, PPO, UFO or any other sort of box. We are currently setup to ship to customers in the United States only.
RETURNS We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in a resellable condition with all packing material, instruction manuals, and warranty cards within 30 days from the date you receive your order and we will gladly issue you a refund for the purchase price (shipping & handling not included).
- Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
- Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.
