OK, I never believed I'd be posting in a story about a rottweiler, since I am more of a "cat- person," but here's one I find rather amusing.

We have been wedded for nearly 30 years now and have owned every kind of pooch possible. We have always wanted a rottweiler dog, but when the kids came along, we could never appear to scrape adequate money together to buy one.

I have been doing work merrily all my life but one day woke up and decided enough was enough and decided early retirement was the only way forward, so I decided to buy Stephen a rotweiler to keep him company out on the route.

I have been given many opportunities to travel with him, and we would take one of our rottweilers Sandy along on short runs, so she'd get to like going in the "Big Truck," and she'd love it.

Sandy soon let Stephen know that expending so much time in a truck did nothing for him and he wanted these long jaunts over sooner rather than later.

Now that one of our rottweiler puppies Sandy spends the the bulk of the day at home he gets frantic when he sees Stephen at the end of the week. As any dog owner knows, they seem to go nuts very easily .

One thing that we ne'er coached her to do, but she picked up on her own is, when Stephen goes in the living room to sit down and relax, one of us will say, "Sandy, give Stephen big kisses," and she'll climb up on the top of the couch, run over to him, then climb down on his chest to clout his face..

You should look what Sandy does when other people arrive over to the house. She likes to make a quiet whimpering noise dissembling that something is wrong, we all know she is just messing . When I have a bit more time I will surely send you in some unique stories about Sandy.
